Soft Rope Ladder
Our rope ladders are made primarily of high-strength nylon/polyester/PE rope, paired with wooden/aluminum alloy/non-slip plastic runners. They are constructed using a reinforced weaving process and metal hooks, offering high load-bearing capacity, multi-material compatibility, and easy storage. Suitable for high-altitude operations, fire escape, outdoor climbing, and marine piloting, these ladders are customizable in length, material, and specifications, making them a highly safe high-altitude auxiliary tool for the export market.
Core Product Features
Rope Materials:
1. Nylon Rope: High tensile strength (single rope load capacity ≥ 200kg), abrasion-resistant and anti-aging, stable in environments from -40℃ to 80℃.
2. Polyester Rope: Stiff and smooth, quick-drying and durable, excellent dry/wet elasticity and abrasion resistance, dimensionally stable (shrinkage < 1%).
3 .PE Rope: Non-toxic and lightweight, low-temperature resistant (-70℃), waterproof and insulating, abrasion-resistant and impact-resistant.
Step Materials:
1. Wood: Non-slip and lightweight, suitable for fire escape/outdoor scenarios.
2. Resin: Cost-effective, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant, suitable for basic climbing training.
Core Application Scenarios
High-altitude operations: Construction/electrical maintenance (aluminum alloy step poles + steel wire core rope, rust-proof and tensile-resistant).
Fire escape: Emergency exits (wooden step poles + nylon rope, lightweight and easy to deploy).
Marine pilotage: Pilot boarding (PE rope + non-slip plastic step poles, waterproof and corrosion-resistant).
Outdoor adventure: Climbing training (polyester rope + wooden step poles, flexible and wear-resistant).
Precautions
- High Safety: Multi-material high load-bearing capacity + double reinforcement process, meeting international safety standards.
- Versatile Adaptability: Customizable materials and specifications, covering all scenarios including work, escape, marine, and expansion.
- Portable: Foldable for storage, suitable for confined spaces and long-distance transportation.
