UHMWPE Rope

Leveraging resources from the high-strength synthetic fiber industry chain, this product is made from 100% ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE, also known as Dyneema) fiber using a 12-strand braiding process. It covers a full diameter range of 2mm-150mm and boasts core advantages such as ultra-light weight, buoyancy, high strength and low elongation, corrosion and UV resistance, and wear and fatigue resistance. With a temperature range of -150℃ to 80℃, it is suitable for heavy-duty applications such as marine mooring, industrial lifting, outdoor rescue, and power line installation. Customization services for color, length, and logo are available, making it a lightweight alternative rope material for high-performance applications.

    1.100% UHMWPE fiber, density of only 0.97-0.98 g/cm³ (floats on water), water absorption < 0.1% (no performance degradation in wet conditions);
    2.Resistant to acid, alkali, and petroleum-based chemical corrosion, and UV aging (strength retention rate ≥80% after 1500 hours of exposure);
    3.Melting point 144-152℃, maintains stable toughness in environments from -150℃ to 80℃.
  • Process Highlights
    1.12-strand single-braid structure, low rope torque, high flexibility, easy to knot/splice (splicing not possible for some small diameter versions);
    2.Optional special coating on the surface to enhance wear resistance.
  • Performance Core
    1.Ultra-high strength: 15 times stronger than steel wire ropes of the same diameter, 6mm version has a breaking strength ≥3.16kN (approximately 322kgf), 96mm version has a breaking strength of 510kN (approximately 52040kgf);
    2.Low elongation: Elongation at 10% breaking strength is only 0.45%, effectively controlling sag, suitable for precise traction applications;
    3.High wear resistance: 5 times more wear-resistant than ordinary nylon ropes, excellent bending fatigue resistance, and a service life 2-3 times longer than traditional ropes.

    1.Multiple colors available (black in stock, red/blue/yellow, etc. available for customization), high-visibility colors suitable for outdoor/rescue scenarios;
    2.Supports customized length and packaging as needed, weight per unit length is only 15% of steel wire ropes of the same strength, significantly reducing operational burden.
